近年来,随着经济体制改革的深化,我国经济有了较快的发展,市场调节日益活跃。但在前进中也暴露出某些不稳定的因素,这就是计划职能削弱,宏观失控,地方利益倾向逐渐加强,企业短期化行为严重。在深入进行经济体制改革的情况下,如何看待计划分配机制,这是目前引起人们关切的问题。下面我就物资计划分配方面的问题谈些看法。

In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of the economic system, the economy of our country has enjoyed rapid development and market regulation has been increasingly active.
