1994年初,中国洛阳浮法玻璃集团公司党政领导班子决定加快深化改革、建立现代企业制度的步伐,进行股份制改造和重组分立。同时,在香港发行股票,对下属分厂、公司分别实行法人或仿“三资”企业管理,调动各方面的积极性,全方位增强企业活力。企业要上新台阶,关键问题是要提高职工素质,以适应洛玻“二次创业”艰苦任务的需要。为此,他们着力抓好“重塑自我,树立洛玻人新形象”系列教育
