为加速选育我国自己的苹果矮化砧木,作者选用山西太谷地区引入的M系、MM系砧D-18、乔化类型武乡海棠(M.honanensis)、山定子(M.baccata)以及沙果(M.asiatica Nakai)等共计18个砧木,进行了叶结构解剖学分析探讨。试验结果表明砧木的矮化与乔化和叶片的总厚度无规律可循,但与栅栏组织的厚度有关。因此,作者对不同砧木叶的栅栏组织与其它组织的比值进行了统计分析及数值比较,从中发现,栅栏组织与海绵组织之比值愈小,愈趋向于乔化砧;反之趋向于矮化砧。这个很有规律的比值,可作为预选苹果矮化砧木的一个重要指标。
In order to speed up the breeding of apple dwarf rootstocks in our country, the authors selected the M series, MM series anvil D-18, M.honanensis, M.baccata, A total of 18 rootstocks, including M. asiatica Nakai, were studied for leaf anatomical analysis. The results showed that the dwarfing of rootstocks and the total thickness of leaves and leaves did not follow the law, but the thickness of palisade tissue was related. Therefore, the authors conducted statistical analysis and numerical comparison of the ratio of palisade tissue to other tissues of different rootstock leaves, and found that the smaller the ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue, the more tend to Qiao anvil, while the other tends to dwarf anvil. This very regular ratio can be used as an important indicator of pre-selection of apple dwarfing stock.
