我校所处的太原市坞城路一带,是大中专学校比较密集的地区,现有四所高校和八所中专。但过去校际间的交流与合作是比较少的,一般仅限于外聘教师这种被动的合作方式,且多是教师以个人身份兼课。最近几年,随着在校生规模的逐年扩大,学校现有设施与办学规模不相适应的矛盾已日趋突出。部分学校仅仅依靠自己的条件是难以适应形势发展要求的。许多学校还是在80年代全国出现的“办学热”情况下成立的,一开始就缺乏严密的科学论证,存在着严重的“先天不足”。因此,在大、中专院校间实施资源共享是非常必要的。在大、中专学校比较集中的地区,由于专业门类比较齐全,各校的师资力量及办学设施等情况又各具
