【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and discuss the application of evidence-based nursing in nursing of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected to carry out this study. They were divided into reference group （n = 45） given routine nursing and research group （n = 45） given evidence-based nursing. The hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
