本文介绍了日本国家研究开发规划的重大项目——采用激光技术的综合柔性制造系统。该项目的研究范围包括:金属成型,机械加工,激光加工,自动装配、自动检测,计算机辅助设计和现代管理技术。文中还介绍了实施此项计划的组织分工与实施进度,对我国开发计算机集成制造系统有一定借鉴价值。 本文对整个实验工厂的功能、设计、布局进行了概略描述,并对主要设备和系统性能做了介绍。全文分两次刊完。
This article presents a major project for Japan’s national R & D program - an integrated flexible manufacturing system using laser technology. The project’s research areas include: metal forming, machining, laser processing, automatic assembly, automatic detection, computer-aided design and modern management techniques. The paper also introduces the organization division of labor and the progress of the implementation of this plan, which has certain value to our country in developing computer integrated manufacturing system. This paper gives a brief description of the function, design and layout of the whole experimental factory, and introduces the main equipment and system performance.
