目的分析己烯雌酚(DES)对幼年雄性小鼠睾丸GATA-4阳性Sertoli细胞的影响。方法将24只4周龄幼年雄性小鼠分成4组,每组4只。对照组注射生理盐水,实验组连续7d(1次/d)经腹腔分别注射(3.3、33.0、330.0)μg/kg己烯雌酚,最后一次注射24h后取右侧睾丸,多聚甲醛固定、石蜡切片、免疫组织化学法检测Sertoli细胞GATA-4的表达,并对GATA-4阳性Sertoli细胞进行计数。结果与对照组相比,33.0μg/kg和330.0μg/kg的DES处理后,导致GATA-4阳性的Sertoli细胞数量显著减少,3.3μg/kg组小鼠的Sertoli细胞数量与对照组相比,无显著性差异。结论较高剂量的DES可致幼年雄性小鼠GATA-4阳性的Sertoli细胞数量减少。
Objective To analyze the effect of diethylstilbestrol (DES) on GATA-4 positive Sertoli cells in juvenile male mice. Methods Twenty-four 4-week old male male mice were divided into 4 groups with 4 mice in each group. The control group was injected with normal saline.
