沙县朝阳大队位于福建北部山区。全大队有64户,342人。1976年春,兴建沙县官昌水库。因该队地处库区,整个大队需要迁移。公社、大队党组织充分发动群众,开展新旧社会对比,对旧村旧宅进行调查分析,并就“是按户拆迁移地重建,还是统一规划集体建新村”的问题,开展讨论。大家一致选择走集体建房,产权归集体所有,住房统一分配的建设新村的道路。广大社员认识到集体建新村不仅是关系到改善社员生活,更重要的是关系到建设社会主义
Shaxian Chaoyang Brigade is located in the northern mountainous region of Fujian. The whole brigade has 64 households and 342 people. In the spring of 1976, Shachang Guanchang Reservoir was built. Because the team is located in the reservoir area, the entire brigade needs to be relocated. The commune and brigade party organizations fully mobilized the masses to carry out comparisons between old and new societies, conducted surveys and analysis of old houses in the old villages, and discussed the issue of “whether it was rebuilding by household dismantlement and relocation or unified planning of building new villages”. Everyone unanimously chose to go collectively to build houses, and the property rights should be collectively owned, and the housing should be allocated to the road of building a new village. The majority of members recognize that collectively building a new village is not only related to improving the lives of members, but more importantly it is related to the construction of socialism.
