众所周知,冠心病的发生发展是基因、环境等众多因素共同作用的结果。目前的研究提出大概50%的冠心病源于基因异常。近些年,全基因组相关联研究(genome-wide association study,GWAS)取得了重大突破,研究证实染色体9p21与冠心病发病相关,目前已报道的研究,主要集中于欧洲人群或亚洲其他地区人群。很少有研究针对中国人群中该区域多态性与冠心病之间的关系进行较为系统的综述。这篇综述主要总结了在中国人群中9p21区域的基因多态性与冠心病目前的研究现状,并提出了未来的研究方向。
As we all know, the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease is a combination of many factors such as genes and environment. The current study suggests that about 50% of coronary heart disease originated from genetic abnormalities. In recent years, the genome-wide association study (GWAS) has made a major breakthrough. The study confirmed that chromosome 9p21 is associated with the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. The studies reported so far mainly focus on the European population or the rest of Asia. Few studies have focused on the relationship between the polymorphism and coronary heart disease in the Chinese population. This review summarizes the current status of 9p21 genetic polymorphism and coronary heart disease in Chinese population and proposes future research directions.
