《云南省县级公立医院综合改革财政补偿办法》已于最近正式执行,将县级公立医院补偿机制由服务收费、药品加成收入和政府补助三个渠道,改为服务收费和政府补助两个渠道。取消药品加成政策,完善补偿机制县级公立医院取消药品加成收入减少的合理收入,通过调整医疗技术服务价格补偿不超过80%:通过医院加强核算、强化内部管理,节约运行成本自行消化10%;在中央和省级财政补助的基础上,由县级财政负责补齐,
