甘肃省旱作节水农业发展的总体思路是以科学技术为先导,坚持农机与农艺相结合,增加农机装备投入,在现有工作基础上加以完善创新,组装配套单项旱作机械化技术,引进、吸收先进机械化技术,努力扩大应用范围,提高技术水平,因地制宜地建立系列化、规模化的机械化旱作节水农业体系,降低作业成本,提高农作物产量和效益。近年来,农机部门在机械化旱作农业技术推广方面做了一些探索,取得了一定效果。
