压缩空气在工业上被广泛使用,其耗电量相当大。据英国统计,工业中10%的电能是用于压缩空气。在我国一般工厂中,空压站的负荷均在70%以上,其年耗电费用约为其一次投资。由于空压机都是常年运转的,因此,只要能节约1~2%的电能,也是值得考虑的。压缩空气系统的节能可以分为以下几个方面:空压机传动及台数选择;降低管道损失;避免局部降压使用;冷却水系统的节能;堵漏、维修;降低吸气、排气温度;冷却水废热回收。现就这几个方面分述如下。
Compressed air is widely used in the industry and its power consumption is considerable. According to British statistics, 10% of the electricity in the industry is for compressed air. In general factories in China, the load of air compressors is over 70%, and their annual power consumption is about one investment. Since the air compressors are operated all year round, it is worth considering as long as it can save 1 to 2% of electric energy. The energy saving of the compressed air system can be divided into the following aspects: air compressor drive and number of options; reduce pipeline losses; avoid the use of local buck; energy saving of cooling water system; plugging, maintenance; reduce suction and exhaust temperature; Cooling water waste heat recovery. The following are some of the points that are described below.
