新中国的第一部《审计法》,经第八届全国人大常委会第九次会议审议通过,将于明年1月1日起施行。《审计法》的颁布施行,是我国经济生活中的一件大事,是我国审计法制建设的里程碑,它标志着我国审计事业进入了一个新的历史阶段。学习、宣传、全面贯彻《审计法》,对充分发挥审计的作用,促进国民经济持续、快速、健康的发展,具有十分重要的意义。
The first “Audit Law” of New China, which was reviewed and approved by the Ninth Session of the Eighth NPC Standing Committee, will come into force on January 1 next year. The promulgation and implementation of the “Audit Law” is a major event in our economic life and is a milestone in the construction of our country’s auditing legal system. It marks that our country’s auditing enterprise has entered a new historical stage. To study, publicize and fully implement the “Audit Law” is of great significance to giving full play to the role of auditing and promoting the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy.
