目的:探讨植入式静脉输液港在乳腺癌化疗患者应用中的护理。方法:对95例乳腺癌化疗患者应用植入式静脉输液港护理过程进行总结,研究针对性的护理策略。结果:本组95例植入式静脉输液港患者,在应用过程中发生回抽无回血7例、导管堵塞2例、输液港囊袋局部皮肤感染3例,经对症、系统处理后,均能正常使用,确保了乳腺癌患者化疗的顺利进行,输液港装置能减轻患者反复穿刺血管所带来的痛苦,提高了患者生活质量。结论:建立完善的维护流程,提高输液港的维护技能,才能减少输液港植入术后并发症的发生率,进一步保证乳腺癌患者化疗的有效实施。
Objective: To explore the application of implantable vein infusion port in the treatment of patients with breast cancer. Methods: 95 cases of breast cancer patients treated with implantable vein infusion port nursing process were summarized to study the targeted nursing strategies. Results: In this group of 95 patients with implanted intravenous infusion port, there were 7 cases of no back blood in the process of application, 2 cases of catheter blockage, 3 cases of local skin infection of the inflatable pocket, after symptomatic treatment and systemic treatment Normal use of breast cancer patients to ensure the smooth progress of chemotherapy, transfusion port device can reduce the pain caused by repeated puncture of patients with blood vessels, improve patient quality of life. Conclusion: The establishment of a sound maintenance process to improve the maintenance skills of the port of transfusion in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of port implantation, to further ensure the effective implementation of chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer.
