辉南县位于我省东南部,境内资源丰富,交通便利,经济发达,是我省的老工业基地之一,企业数量多、门类全,尤以医药、冶金机械和采矿建材而著名。随着我国市场经济体制的逐步确立,和东北其它地区一样,辉南县的大部分国有企业陷入困难境地:机制不活、体制僵硬、资金紧张、销售困难。2001年,辉南县有18户企业被列入通化市国企脱困名单,占全市脱困企业总数的32%!这18户企业资产负债率为1206%,共有6684名职工需
Huinan County is located in the southeastern part of our province. It is rich in natural resources and convenient transportation with a prosperous economy. It is one of the old industrial bases in our province. It is famous for its large number of enterprises and all categories, especially in medicine, metallurgical machinery and mining and building materials. With the gradual establishment of the market economy system in our country, most of the state-owned enterprises in Huinan County are in a difficult position like the rest of Northeast China: the mechanism is not viable, the system is rigid, the funds are scarce, and the sales are difficult. In 2001, 18 enterprises in Huinan County were included in the list of state-owned enterprises in Tonghua City, accounting for 32% of the total number of enterprises in the city. The debt-to-asset ratio of these 18 enterprises was 1206% with a total of 6,684 employees
