记者:你好李处长,山东是公证大省,公证员数量和办证数量都位居全国前列,其中,涉外及涉港澳台公证(以下简称涉外公证)占有重要的地位,你作为主管公证工作的处长和副会长,请简要介绍一下山东省涉外公证情况。李邦喜:目前,山东省有公证机构158家,其中可以办理涉外公证业务的公证机构116家,主要设在17个市和90个县(市、区)。经考核合格,在外交部、司法部备案的涉外公证员300余名,平均每个办理涉外公证业务的公证处有2至3名涉外公证员。
