心电图机走纸打滑、走斜是常发生的故障之一。这类故障对初修者来说是很棘手的问题。有的人认为是胶轮磨小、偏斜,就给胶轮缠上薄胶布;有的人党得是胶轮太光滑,就在胶轮上加松香粉,甚至用粗砂纸磨胶轮。这些做法,也许眼下凑效,但决非长久,而且往往越修越坏。一个简单有效的修理方法是:将卷纸盒(如图)从心电图机上取出,此时可看到内部推压胶轮使之与纸带接触的是一条硬簧片,而使簧片产生压力的是一条两头用螺丝固定在胶木盒上的金属棒。检修时,可将金属棒两头的螺丝拧下,将金属棒取出,再将已可活动的硬簧片取出。此时可看到:硬簧片由于长期受金属棒的压力,弯曲度变大,造成胶轮与纸接触力量的减弱。用手钳将簧片弯直些,然后装上簧片,固定金属棒,

During inspection and maintenance, the screws on the two ends of the metal rod can be unscrewed, the metal rod can be taken out, and then the movable hard reed can be taken out. At this point, it can be seen that: due to the long-term stress of the metal rod, the hard reed becomes larger and the contact force between the rubber wheel and the paper is weakened. Use a pair of pliers to bend the reed slightly, then install the reed to fix the metal rod.
