目的:中医药研究提示复方儿茶止泻霜有抗炎及免疫调节作用,该文进行复方儿茶止泻霜对小鼠免疫调节机制的探讨。方法:以复方儿茶止泻霜为实验药物,以小鼠为实验动物,检测实验药物对环磷酰胺造成的免疫低下小鼠脾指数的影响;通过免疫组织化学染色的方法观察小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞Fas蛋白的表达。结果:实验表明复方儿茶止泻霜能够提高免疫低下小鼠脾指数,实验组小鼠脾指数显著于高于免疫抑制组(P<0.01);能够提高小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞Fas蛋白的表达;实验组Fas蛋白的表达显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方儿茶止泻霜能使小鼠脾脏重量增加,使脾脏淋巴细胞Fas蛋白的表达增强。说明复方儿茶止泻霜能促进脾脏淋巴细胞增殖,具有增强小鼠免疫调节能力的作用。
OBJECTIVE: The study of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) suggests that anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of compound catechin anti-diarrheal cream on mice. Methods: The compound catechin anti-diarrhea cream as experimental drugs in mice as experimental animals to test the effect of experimental drugs on the spleen index caused by cyclophosphamide-induced immunosuppressive mice; by immunohistochemical staining of mouse spleen lymph nodes Cell Fas protein expression. Results: The experimental results showed that compound catechu could improve the spleen index in immunocompromised mice. The spleen index in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the immunosuppressive group (P <0.01), and could increase the expression of Fas protein in the spleen lymphocytes of mice. The expression of Fas protein in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Compound catechu diarrhea cream can increase the spleen weight of mice and increase the expression of Fas protein in spleen lymphocytes. It shows that compound catechin can promote spleen lymphocyte proliferation and has the function of enhancing the immunomodulatory capacity of mice.
