一前言低压锅炉〔127.48645×104 Pa(13kg/cm~2)〕水质标准规定炉水总碱度≤18epm/l,pH值=10-12,溶解固形物<3500mg/l即要求锅炉水质在运行中必须保持定碱度,使给水中的残余硬度以水渣形式沉淀下来,并通过定期排污排放。目前国内工业锅炉的排污率过高,一般为15%,甚至高达30%普遍认为既然规定炉水总碱度≤18epm/l,那么炉水碱度控制得越低越好然而这是非常片面的理解。因为当炉水没有调整到适宜的碱性条件而长期运行则锅炉很容易结垢,同时排污率太高,又浪费了大量的热能和软水。因此,用控制排污率来调整炉水碱度和pH值的方法是简便易行的方法。
