题记:“校长王”,姓王名平。26岁时出任一所“穷得连买粉笔的钱都没有”,以教师消极怠工而出名的乡中心小学的校长。三年未到,他独到的“精神激励法”激活了教师的积极性,学校也通过了市级实验小学的评估,跻身于当地名校之列。三年任期刚满,又被调至另一所“兔子不拉屎”的学校。三年后,其“精神激励法”再创奇迹:昔日教师的“流放地”,而今成了人才竞相流入的“福地”。“王校长”也变成了人们心中的“校长王”。为详探究竟,我如约对其进行了采访,现将其“秘诀”整理如下,为我所用。
