机械封闭式带传动实验台的历史较短,结构又较复杂,其加载原理说法不一。本文集中通过实验台的启动过程,对角速度、变形、载荷、圆周力,滑差率等参数的变化作了分析。得出:因相对运动而加载;因相对滑动而卸载;实验台的稳定运转状态是加载与卸载的动态平衡状态等结论。据此,依据上述分析与结论,对载荷控制、功率流方向、滑差率分配以及损耗功率等四个问题进行了探讨。
Mechanical closed-type transmission with a short history of the test bed, the structure is more complicated, the loading principle is not the same. In this paper, we focus on the changes of parameters such as angular velocity, deformation, load, circular force and slip ratio through the start-up process of the test bench. It is concluded that the loading due to the relative movement, the unloading due to the relative sliding and the steady running state of the test bench are the conclusions of the dynamic equilibrium state of loading and unloading. Accordingly, based on the above analysis and conclusions, the four issues of load control, power flow direction, slip ratio distribution and power loss are discussed.
