试验研究了430不锈钢冷轧带钢等温退火过程中的晶粒长大规律及其对再结晶织构的影响。利用截线法测量了不同退火情况下的晶粒尺寸,并对其演变规律进行了定量分析;通过ODF图分析晶粒长大过程中薄板内部晶粒宏观取向的变化。研究发现,低于850℃晶粒长大不明显;875℃时晶粒长大较为明显,其长大过程主要集中在30 min时间;890℃退火长时间保温后冷却,材料内有马氏体生成;建立了430铁素体不锈钢晶粒长大动力学方程,晶粒长大指数和激活能分别为8.44和531.54 k J/mol;晶粒长大过程储能较高的织构体积分数减弱,而储能较低的织构体积分数则变强。
The law of grain growth during isothermal annealing of 430 stainless steel cold-rolled strip and its effect on recrystallization texture were studied. The grain size under different annealing conditions was measured by the intercept method, and its evolution law was quantitatively analyzed. The change of macroscopic orientation of the grains inside the sheet during grain growth was analyzed by ODF. The results show that the grain growth below 850 ℃ is not obvious, and the grain growth at 875 ℃ is obvious. The growth process is mainly concentrated in 30 min. After annealing at 890 ℃ for a long time, it is cooled and the martensite The kinetic equation of grain growth of 430 ferritic stainless steel was established. The grain growth index and activation energy were 8.44 and 531.54 kJ / mol, respectively. The volume fraction of texture with higher energy storage during grain growth was weakened , While the lower the energy storage texture volume fraction becomes stronger.
