上海国际航运中心的发展对于亚太国际港口、航运发展的发展格局带来了巨大的变化,形成了有利于我国经济发展和港口发展的格局,遏制了中国港口集装箱到境外港口中转的势头,2006年,长三角港口的国际集装箱中转量已经达到近200万TEU。上海国际航运中心建设也带动了长三角地区经济的高速增长。目前上海国际航运中心建设正从港口基础设施建设为主转向港口功能建设与拓展为主,从各港自行发展为主转向港口群有序协调发展为主。最近,上海和宁波两大港口集团的携手合作,开启了“强强联手”、合作交流的新篇章,说明我国港口资源整合与和谐发展又迈上了一个新的台阶,这种合作将进一步推动上海国际航运中心的建设。在此,我们高兴地将沪甬两港集团的合作交流情况作一报道,同时也将继续进一步关注他们合作发展的新动向。
The development of Shanghai International Shipping Center has brought tremendous changes to the development pattern of international ports and shipping in Asia-Pacific. It has formed a pattern conducive to China’s economic development and port development, deterred the transit of Chinese port containers to overseas ports, and 2006 , The Yangtze River Delta ports of international container traffic has reached nearly 2000000 TEU. The construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center has also led to the rapid economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta. At present, the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center is shifting from the construction of port infrastructure to the construction and expansion of port functions, mainly from the development of each port to the coordinated and orderly development of port groups. Recently, the co-operation between the two major port groups in Shanghai and Ningbo has opened a new chapter of “joining forces and exchanges and cooperation”, which shows that the integration and harmonious development of port resources in our country have reached a new level. This cooperation will further promote Shanghai International Shipping Center. Hereby, we are pleased to make a report on the cooperation and exchange between Shanghai, Ningbo and Hong Kong. We will also continue to pay more attention to the new trends in their cooperation and development.
