近些年来,各种类型、各种形式的档案培训班如雨后春笋,层出不穷。毫无疑问,相当一部分培训班为增加档案人员业务知识和操作技能,提高档案人员素质起到了明显的促进作用。然而,有些培训班由于主办者一味以营利为目的,已失去其存在的价值和意义,给档案事业的发展和人才的培训带来了极大的负效应。为此,人们不禁要问:培训班,究竟谁来“培训”你? 多如牛毛的培训班 培训班多不多?可以从广告看出来。近年来,档案报纸期刊上,几乎每期都能见到有关培训班的招生广告。除外,理论学习、档案业务研讨、档案馆长培训、档案管理软件培训、文秘写作培训等名目繁多的培训、学习通知如雪片一样满天飞。以中国科技大学档案馆为例,每月都能收到这类的通知5、6份。作者
