上海市人民政府令第31号《上海市人民政府关于停止执行<上海市邮票和集邮品管理办法>有关行政许可事项的决定》已经2015年5月18日市政府第82次常务会议通过,现予公布,自公布之日起施行.市长杨雄2015年5月22日(2015年5月22日上海市人民政府令第31号公布)根据《国务院关于取消和调整一批行政审批项目等事项的决定》(国发〔2014〕50号)的有关规定,市政府决定停止执行《上海市邮票和集邮品管理办法》第十六条、第十七条、第十八条、第十九条、第二十条、第二十三条第(五)项和第三十一条.
Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Decree No. 31 of the “Shanghai Municipal People’s Government on the implementation of the Administrative licensing decisions” on May 18, 2015 the 82th executive meeting of the municipal government passed, and now May 23, 2015 (Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Decree No. 31 promulgated on May 22, 2015) Pursuant to the "Article of the State Council on Canceling and Adjusting a Number of Administrative Examination and Approval Items, etc. (Guo Fa [2014] 50), the municipal government decided to suspend the implementation of Article 16, Article 17, Article 18 and Article 19 of the Measures for the Administration of Stamps and Philately Products in Shanghai , Article 20, Article 23 (5) and Article 31.
