利用计算机和网络通讯技术实现档案和公文全过程的管理,是企事业管理现代化的一项重要内容。在现实微机联网过程中,计算机管理与档案管理方式的矛盾尤为突出,“错位”事件时有发生。因此,如何使微机软件既能发挥其在网络中的作用,又能与档案管理的实际情况相结合,这始终是整个联网过程不容忽视的关键问题。要解决微机管理与档案管理的技术衔接问题,应着重把握和抓好以下几个环节:
