随着各国之间的贸易往来愈加频繁,反倾销发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而反倾销作为保护一国产业的重要武器,却由于其自身的专业性强、成本高、耗时长,让不少中小企业对其避而不用。文章介绍了澳大利亚和加拿大对于中小企业的反倾销援助制度,并提出几种改革方案,以促进反倾销制度更好地发挥作用。
Anti-dumping plays an increasingly important role as trade between countries becomes more frequent. However, anti-dumping as an important weapon for the protection of a country’s industry, but because of its own professionalism, high cost and time-consuming, so many SMEs to avoid it. The article introduces the anti-dumping aid system for small and medium-sized enterprises in Australia and Canada and proposes several reform proposals to promote the anti-dumping system to play a better role.
