【目的】Suresight手持式自动验光仪在儿童眼保健中的应用分析,达到早期防治弱视的目的。【方法】门诊入园体检的学龄前儿童807人,采用美国伟仑公司生产的Suresight手持式自动验光仪进行视力筛查。【结果】发现异常率达27.32%,2.5~4岁年龄别之间筛查异常率差异无显著性,不同性别之间筛查异常率差异无显著性。筛查异常较多表现为散光,其次为远视。【结论】通过Suresight手持式自动验光仪的结果大致了解儿童的屈光状态,为临床进一步的检查和眼保健提供参考,达到早期发现弱视的目的,对眼保健工作具有重要的指导意义。
【Objective】 Suresight handheld automatic refractor in children’s eye health analysis, to achieve the purpose of early prevention and treatment of amblyopia. 【Methods】 807 preschoolers were enrolled in the hospital for out-patient examination. The eyesight was screened by the Suresight hand-held autorefractor produced by the Weilun company. 【Results】 The abnormal rate was found to be 27.32%. There was no significant difference in screening abnormalities between 2.5 and 4 years old. There was no significant difference in screening abnormalities among different sexes. Screen abnormalities showed astigmatism, followed by hyperopia. 【Conclusion】 The results of Suresight hand-held autorefrigerator provide a general understanding of children’s refractive status and provide reference for further clinical examination and eye health care. The purpose of early detection of amblyopia is of great guiding significance to eye health care work.
