临床上一些难治的血液病,大多是起源于造血干细胞异常的疾病,因此,从造血干细胞水平探讨血液病的发生机理、诊断及治疗等,是血液病研究中极为重要的问题。本文采用小鼠体内扩散盒培养方法,对50例血液病人分别做了CFU-C(粒系祖细胞),CFU-E(红系祖细胞)的培养。研究结果表明,正常人CFU-C为74个,CFU-E为25个(CFU-C和CFU-E的数量是以个/2×10~5骨髓细胞计)
Clinically, some refractory hematological diseases are mostly originated from abnormalities of hematopoietic stem cells. Therefore, it is an extremely important issue in the study of hematological diseases to explore the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases from the level of hematopoietic stem cells. In this study, CFU-C (granulocyte-derived progenitor cells) and CFU-E (erythroid progenitor cells) were cultured in 50 cases of hematological malignancies. The results showed that the normal CFU-C was 74, CFU-E was 25 (the number of CFU-C and CFU-E is a / 2 × 10 ~ 5 bone marrow cells)
