去年入秋以来,我省农村各级领导遵照毛主席“路线是个纲,纲举目张”、“备战、备荒、为人民”的伟大教导,狠抓批修整风,深入开展路线教育和“农业学大寨”的群众运动,切实加强了对秋收秋播的领导。徐淮地区在秋播中普遍推行了窄行条播、浅播、匀播,扩大了绿肥掩青面积、豆麦混播面积和带肥下种面积。今年三麦,苗齐、苗壮是多年少见的。苏中、苏南地区广大干群战胜了连续阴雨等不利气候条件,坚持秋播质量,基肥施用面积比上年增加,三麦苗势大部分都比较好。但也有一些地区和社队由于秋播时烂耕烂种和晚茬麦面积较大,目前有些麦田已发生脱力发黄现象,有些麦田麦苗比较瘦弱。
