本文研究了不同价态锰的化合物熔融前后Mn Kβ1,3二级衍射线位置的变化后,证实大洋锰结核中锰主要以+4价形式存在,而不同价态锰的化合物经熔融后显示相同的峰形和峰位。以理论α系数校正主、次量元素问的吸收一一增强效应,峰背比法校正基体对痕量元素的吸收效应。XRF法成功地测定了大洋锰结核中18个主、次及痕量元素。
In this paper, the changes of Mn Kβ1,3 second-order diffraction lines before and after the melting of different valence manganese compounds are confirmed. The results show that manganese in the oceanic manganese nodules exists mainly in the +4 valence state, while the compounds with different valence states show the same after melting The peak shape and peak position. The theoretical α coefficient is used to correct the absorption effect of the main and minor elements, and the peak-to-back ratio method corrects the absorption effect of trace elements on the matrix. The XRF method successfully determined 18 major, minor and trace elements in marine manganese nodules.
