合同是市场经济的产物,是商品交换的法律表现形式,现在企业的经济往来主要是通过合同形式进行的。合同管理工作其实是指企业作为一个独立的法人,对其以自身为当事人而订立的合同进行有效地管理的总称,贯穿于从签约开始全过程的控制、协调、跟踪和监督。合同管理关乎到企业的经营成败,实行合同管理也成为企业生产经营管理的核心与关键所在。本文通过对合同管理中所存在的一些问题的整理,提出了一些相应的建议,旨在于提高企业日常经营合同管理水平,促进企业的持续性发展。
The contract is a product of the market economy and is the legal representation of the exchange of goods. Now the business of the enterprises is mainly carried out through contracts. Contract management actually refers to the enterprise as an independent legal entity, its contract as a party to effectively manage the general term, throughout the entire process from the signing of the contract control, coordination, tracking and supervision. Contract management relates to the success or failure of the business, the implementation of contract management has become the core of the production and operation management and the key. This article puts forward some corresponding suggestions through the arrangement of some problems existing in the contract management. The aim is to improve the management level of daily management contract and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
