我们自1993年11月～1995年1月施行睫状体冷凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼11例。男7例,女4例,年龄42～70岁。均系单眼,右眼3只,左眼8只;视网膜静脉阻塞7眼,糖尿病性视网膜病变3眼,视网膜中央动脉栓塞1眼。 手术方法:采用苏州医疗器械厂生产的LD3A医用冷凝治疗器。用1％地卡因滴患眼3次,2％利多卡因2ml球后麻醉。于角膜缘后1.5mm球结膜处放置冷凝头,低温-75～-80℃,冷凝两排共8个点,每点冷凝时间30～60s,冷凝范围1/2圆周。术
We performed ciliary body condensation in 11 cases of neovascular glaucoma from November 1993 to January 1995. 7 males and 4 females, aged from 42 to 70 years old. All eyes were monocular, right eye 3, left eye 8; retinal vein occlusion in 7 eyes, diabetic retinopathy 3 eyes, central retinal artery embolization 1 eye. Surgical methods: The LD3A medical condensate treatment device manufactured by Suzhou Medical Device Factory. Eye drops were treated 3 times with 1% dextran and 2 ml lidocaine 2% post-anesthesia.
