以前我们用直柱状活塞型人工镫骨作人工镫骨安装术,发现这种人工镫骨因经不起鼓室压力的较大变化而产生一些并发症,影响远期效果。为此,我们对人工镫骨的形状作了较大改进,取名为挡肩式人工镫骨,在25例病人临床应用效果良好。在鼓室压力发生较大变化时,可防止它过度伸入前庭,并有防止外淋巴漏、阻止人工镫骨脱离前庭窗的作用,可防止并发症和提高远期疗效。
In the past we used a straight cylindrical piston tarsal prosthesis for artificial tarsal installation and found that this artificial tarsal kyphotic tympanic can not withstand greater changes in pressure and have some complications, affecting the long-term results. To this end, we made a great improvement on the shape of the artificial tarsal bone, named shoulder block artificial tarsal bone, clinical application in 25 patients with good results. When the tympanic cavity pressure changes greatly, it can prevent it from extending into the vestibule and preventing perilymph leakage, preventing the artificial stapes from detaching from the vestibular window, preventing complications and improving long-term curative effect.
