随着我国经济社会的全面发展,我们正逐步迈进信息社会并享受由此带来的巨大便利,与此同时,信息社会对于传统的教育观、人才观以及教育方式也提出了极大的挑战,如何培养适应信息社会要求的合格人才,是当前教育面临的重要课题。英语教学作为这一课题的重要组成部分,教师应该及时更新教学观念,深刻理解素质教育在信息社会背景下的内涵、目标和要求,在此基础上,实现教师传统角色的转换,以适应信息社会对于英语教学的新要求。现代教育技术的发展使信息技术走进教学领域已成为可能。如何发挥信息技术在英语教学中的效益和优势?这正是本文所探讨的问题。
With the all-round development of China’s economy and society, we are gradually entering the information society and enjoying the tremendous convenience that comes with it.
