红菇是名贵的野生食用菌。近些年来由于野生资源减少,价格暴涨。为了探索红菇的人工栽培,笔大曾在1974年7月做过红菇母种分离,后因原种培养基不适而失败。1994年7月又进行了野生红菇的组织分离,获得优质红菇母种。现将实验结果初报于下: (一)培养基质 用马铃薯250g提取液800ml;红菇地腐殖土300g加水400ml,煮沸20分钟,冷却取澄清液200ml。糖25g,VB_12片,琼脂23g,制成培养基装入试管180支,高压灭菌后制成斜面试管180支。
Red mushrooms are expensive wild mushrooms. In recent years, due to the reduction of wild resources, the price has skyrocketed.
