随着我国社会的进步,综合国力的迅速增强。在数控铣床上进行轮廓铣削加工时,由于刀具半径的因素,以至于在加工的过程中,刀具中心轨迹无法与工件轮廓相吻合。而在加工过程中,刀具半径补偿的运用,能使系统在原有的基础上,计算出刀具中心的实际运动轨迹,同时能够将复杂的程序简化,从而提高铣削加工的工作效率。在此,本文针对数控铣床中刀具半径补偿的应用,做以下论述。
With the progress of our society, the comprehensive national strength has rapidly increased.
