三、系统功能 1.截接服务(Interception Service) 该功能又称为中间服务(Middle Sevice),用以向未能达到所需要号码的呼叫提供辅助性服务。如交换机在接续过程中遇到空号、改号、临时闭塞、话机故障、久呼不应答、分机设定功能限制、用户使用不当等情况时,可自动地截着这类未能达到目的的呼叫,并通过适当的途径,如专用信号音、代答台、辅导台、话务台和话音通知设备等,向主叫提供信息使其明白未接通的原因,从而有效地避免重复呼叫。这类服务称之为截接服务。
