介绍了基于计算机视觉原理的列车闸瓦在线自动检测技术。通过实时采集闸瓦图像,利用图像处理技术进行闸瓦的识别和边缘提取,计算闸瓦的实际厚度,从而实现闸瓦的在线、非接触式自动检测。
The automatic on-line detection technology of train brake shoe based on computer vision is introduced. Through real-time acquisition of the brake shoe image, the image processing technology is used to identify the brake shoe and extract the edge, and the actual thickness of the brake shoe is calculated to realize the online and non-contact automatic inspection of the brake shoe.
