2014年8月,《湖南省物价局关于进一步规范电价管理有关问题的通知》(湘价电〔2014〕106号)、《湖南省物价局关于全省销售电价分类的通知》(湘价电〔2014〕107号)颁布(以下分别简称106号、107号),并明确从2014年8月抄见电量起执行。部分客户适用新电价但办理电价变更业务流程时间滞后,供电企业应对其从2014年8月至电价变更业务完成期间的抄见电量按新政策重新计算,办理应收电费退补。1电费退补计算方法
