利用螺旋线圈为终端的同轴电缆组成的单、双极微波消融导管,对犬的房室交界区进行了微波消融,在11只犬中,10只取得完全性房室传导阻滞。无明显室性心律失常和血波动力学改变,病理改变显示坏死组织与正常心肌组织间存在清楚的界线。这些结果提示微波消融房室交界区是安全和有效的。
Single and bipolar microwave ablation catheter consisting of coaxial cable with spiral coil was used for microwave ablation of canine junction. The complete atrioventricular block was obtained in 10 dogs. No significant ventricular arrhythmia and hemodynamic changes, pathological changes showed that there is a clear boundary between necrotic tissue and normal myocardial tissue. These results suggest that microwave ablation of the atrioventricular junction is safe and effective.
