四川的各天然气田中,由于天然气含有硫化氢、二氧化碳等成份,对管材、井口装置、集气管线及集气站等产生腐蚀破坏,严重影响气井的安全生产。在鞍山钢铁公司和冶金部钢铁研究院等单位大力支持下,通过反复实践和认识,在不到三年的时间内,逐步探索了硫化氢腐蚀原因,并相应采取一套综合防腐蚀措施,其中包括采用抗硫油管,使各气田投入开发,建成了一定规模的天然气生产基地。
