目的探讨体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系统结石的疗效。方法选择2014年1月~12月我院收治的泌尿系统结石患者329例作为研究对象。对所有患者实行体外震波碎石术,并对其疗效进行分析。结果治疗后,实行1次碎石就取得良好疗效138例,总有效率为95.44%。结论采用体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系统结石患者,能提升治疗总有效率,减轻痛苦,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy on urolithiasis. Methods A total of 329 patients with urolithiasis admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, and its efficacy analysis. Results After treatment, the implementation of 1 gravel to obtain good effect in 138 cases, the total effective rate was 95.44%. Conclusion The use of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with urolithiasis can improve the total effective rate of treatment and relieve the pain and is worth promoting.
