能力建设是人民警察队伍建设的重要组成部分,特别是人民警察的“驭剑”能力是其克敌制胜,履行职责,完成使命的基本条件。面对日益严峻的治安形势和越来越高的工作要求,“亮剑”精神是人民警察战胜敌人、保护人民的精神支柱,但如何培养与其相适应的“驭剑”能力,是一个值得我们认真思考和全力解决的问题。
Capacity building is an important part of building a contingent of the people’s police.
