FeCoZrNbB合金的晶化过程及磁性能

采用单辊快淬法制备Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10(x=2,4,6)系非晶合金,并对该系非晶合金进行热处理。利用X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计研究FeCoZrNbB合金系的晶化过程和磁性能。结果表明:Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10(x=2,4,6)系合金在快淬速率为30 m/s时完全形成非晶。Fe79Co2Zr7Nb2B10合金的晶化过程为非晶→非晶+α-Fe→α-Fe+Fe3Zr+Fe2Nb0.4Zr0.6;Fe77Co4Zr7Nb2B10与Fe75Co6Zr7Nb2B10合金的晶化过程相同为非晶→非晶+α-Fe→α-Fe+Fe3Zr→α-Fe+Fe3Zr+Fe2Nb0.4Zr0.6。Co含量的增加抑制了退火后α-Fe晶相的形核,并促使Fe3Zr化合物更易析出。Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10(x=2,4,6)合金的比饱和磁化强度(Ms)和矫顽力(Hc)随退火温度的变化趋势相同。530℃之前退火,随退火温度的升高Ms增加并不明显;530℃之后退火,Ms迅速上升。530℃退火,Hc达到最小值;高于530℃退火,Hc随退火温度的升高而增加。 The Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10 (x = 2, 4, 6) -based amorphous alloy was prepared by single roll rapid quenching method and the amorphous alloy was heat-treated. The crystallization process and magnetic properties of FeCoZrNbB alloy were investigated by X - ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer. The results show that the Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10 (x = 2, 4, 6) alloys completely form amorphous when the quenching rate is 30 m / s. The crystallization process of Fe79Co2Zr7Nb2B10 alloy is amorphous → amorphous → α-Fe → α-Fe + Fe3Zr + Fe2Nb0.4Zr0.6; the same crystallization process of Fe77Co4Zr7Nb2B10 and Fe75Co6Zr7Nb2B10 alloy is amorphous → amorphous → α-Fe → α -Fe + Fe3Zr → α-Fe + Fe3Zr + Fe2Nb0.4Zr0.6. The increase of Co content suppresses the nucleation ofα-Fe crystalline phase after annealing and promotes the precipitation of Fe3Zr compound. The specific saturation magnetization (Ms) and coercive force (Hc) of Fe81-xCoxZr7Nb2B10 (x = 2,4,6) alloy have the same trend with annealing temperature. 530 ℃ before annealing, with the increase of annealing temperature Ms increase is not obvious; 530 ℃ after annealing, Ms rapidly increased. 530 ℃ annealing, Hc reaches the minimum; higher than 530 ℃ annealing, Hc with the annealing temperature increases.
