本文通过对不同工艺处理的中锰白口铸铁组织、性能的综合分析,研究了有关中锰白口铸铁强韧化的方法,得出综合采取变质处理、锻造,锻后热处理能显著提高中锰白口铸铁强韧性的结论,同时对中锰白口铸铁锻造性能,最佳锻造工艺、锻后热处理组织、性能进行了详细论述。指出形变热处理是提高中锰白口铸铁强韧性的最有效方法。
In this paper, through the comprehensive analysis of the microstructure and properties of medium manganese white cast irons treated by different processes, the method of strengthening and toughening of medium manganese white cast iron is studied. It is concluded that the heat treatment of medium manganese White cast iron toughness conclusion, at the same time on the white manganese white cast iron forging performance, the best forging process, forging heat treatment after the organization and performance were discussed in detail. It is pointed out that the deformation heat treatment is the most effective way to improve the toughness of medium manganese white cast iron.
