随着我国税收方式的变化,就是为了建设更好、更稳定的经济发展,因此,我国在“营改增”税收制度建设的工作上加大了力度,在去年,国家就在全国范围内开展了“营改增”的纳税试点工作,而房地产行业就在其中。而这一改革也给房地产行业带来了许多新问题,本文主要就是针对“营改增”后房地产企业出现的新问题进行全面的分析和探讨有效相应的解决方案。
