Papermaking and printing are two major contributions made by China to human civilization. Their role in the continuation and dissemination of civilizations can not be overestimated by any praise. It is no exaggeration to say that there is no modern civilization without paper and printing. After mankind enters the era of industrialization, papermaking and printing have been rapidly developed. Newspapers, magazines, books, documents, propaganda materials, etc. have become part of people’s lives. They not only accumulate everywhere but also many offices are submerged in the Wenshan paper sea, This has become a dreadful thing in many units. Can create a paperless office environment? This has been a human dream. As early as the 1960s, people were proposing ideas for a future paperless office: electronic computer screens and magnetic information storage devices would replace file cabinets and typewriters, and paper would disappear. On the contrary, the advent of new electronic office equipment - copiers, computers, printers and fax machines, not only failed to reduce the original intention of paper but instead contributed to the proliferation of office paper .
