目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的检测水平及临床意义。方法:采用ELISA酶免疫分析技术检测53例非小细胞肺癌、31例肺良性疾病、38例正常对照者血清TGF-β1的水平。结果:化疗前NSCLC组患者血清TGF-β1水平明显高于正常对照组及肺良性疾病组,差异显著(P<0.01),肺良性疾病组与正常对照组比较差异不明显(P>0.05),NSCLC肿瘤转移组血清TGF-β1水平明显高于无转移组(P<0.05),化疗前后NSCLC组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1与NSCLC发病有关,血清TGF-β1水平可作为NSCLC患者辅助诊断和疾病观察重要肿瘤标志物之一。
Objective: To investigate the detection of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in serum of non-small cell lung cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods: The serum levels of TGF-β1 in 53 cases of non-small cell lung cancer, 31 cases of pulmonary benign disease and 38 cases of normal controls were detected by ELISA enzyme immunoassay. Results: Serum levels of TGF-β1 in patients with NSCLC before chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in normal control group and benign lung disease group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between benign lung disease group and normal control group (P> 0.05) The serum level of TGF-β1 in NSCLC tumor metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-metastasis group (P <0.05). There was significant difference in NSCLC group before and after chemotherapy (P <0.05). Conclusion: TGF-β1 is associated with the pathogenesis of NSCLC. Serum TGF-β1 level may be one of the important tumor markers for diagnosis and disease observation in NSCLC patients.
