在每头纵坑切梢小蠹老龄幼虫上放入100条侵染期斯氏线虫后进行不同温度下的防治试验,结果表明在15~30℃的范围内幼虫死亡率较高,尤以25℃下防治效果最好,处理5天后幼虫死亡率即达100%;在10℃和35℃条件下,幼虫死亡率极低,仅为10%和18%;在10℃下线虫仍保持较高侵染力,当移入25℃下培养后很快恢复活动;在35℃条件下线虫大部分迅速死亡。说明温度对线虫处理害虫的致死率及致死速度有明显影响。剂量测定试验结果表明,处理多种钻蛀性害虫的斯氏线虫最佳使用剂量为2 000条/mL。冬春季进行大规模杀虫试验防治效果优于夏秋季。
